Our leadership team brings together more than a century of combined knowledge across architecture, engineering, materials technology, and construction; experience earned not only through design work, but through hands-on installation, diagnostics, and complex building rehabilitation across New York City and beyond.

The firm is led by licensed professionals in architecture and engineering as well as senior technical specialists with extensive backgrounds in façade restoration, roofing and waterproofing systems, structural rehabilitation, building conversions, design, material analysis, and building envelope performance. This combination of architectural, engineering, and field expertise enables us to diagnose failures accurately, design durable solutions, and guide projects from investigation through construction with a level of fluency rare among architecture firms.

Our team’s qualifications include QEWI certification for FISP façade inspections and QPSI certification for structural and parking structure compliance.
