Historic Preservation
Many New York City buildings are located within designated Landmark Districts and require further documentation and attention in order to comply with Landmark Preservation Commission rules. For over a decade, Caseworks has coordinated sidewalk, signage, and exterior projects with Landmarks preservationists to achieve client goals while working to preserve New York's urban landscape.
Window Replacement Programs
From initial surveys and field measurements through constructions administration, Caseworks has extensive experience coordinating the refurbishment and replacement of window assemblies in commercial buildings, residential cooperative buildings, and historic districts. Completed and ongoing projects include sash and frame replacements, new lot line openings, and window master plans.

FISP (formerly Local Law 11)
The New York City Department of Buildings requires that owners of buildings greater than 6 stories must have their buildings' exterior walls and appurtenances inspected once every 5 years and file a technical report to the DOB's Local Law Enforcement Unit. With a thorough understanding of the characteristics of materials, as well as an extensive working knowledge of construction operations, Caseworks is able to prepare filing, bid, and construction documents for exterior restoration work and perform construction administration services.
