Joseph Marini
Senior Project Manager

Joe brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience in New York City restoration and building-envelope work, including two decades leading a major exterior contracting firm and overseeing a wide range of restoration projects throughout Manhattan and the greater Metropolitan area. Having worked both on the ground and on scaffolds, he developed a practical understanding of the challenges involved in maintaining, repairing, and restoring the city’s buildings, as well as the coordination and execution required to successfully deliver complex work in the field.

Joe began his career with a family-owned construction company, one of the premier firms serving NYC, learning the trade from his father and the experienced craftsmen he grew up around. That early exposure to the trades established a strong foundation in construction, craftsmanship, problem-solving, and project management, which continues to inform his practical approach to every project.

Over the course of his career, Joe has worked across a broad range of restoration projects, including façades, roofs, parking structures, and other significant building systems throughout Manhattan. His experience as both a tradesman and contractor gives him a unique perspective at caseworks, allowing him to bridge the technical realities of construction with the planning, coordination, and management required to successfully deliver complex restoration projects.
