Dijana Milojevic

Dijana Milojevic is the primary designer at caseworks, where she leads the firm’s residential and commercial design program and oversees design packages for the exterior restoration and envelope practice. With more than twenty years of experience in New York and Germany, she brings a strong architectural voice to projects ranging from high-end single-occupant residences to commercial interiors, building-wide upgrades, and complex façade rehabilitation programs.

Dijana manages projects from early concept through construction, shaping design direction, plans, detailing, material selection, and integrating architectural character into both interior and exterior projects. She also prepares and coordinates design packages for façade restorations, window and storefront replacements, and exterior assembly upgrades, ensuring that technical requirements, regulatory onstraints, and design quality remain aligned.

Her work spans all phases of design, DOB and LPC approvals, bid and construction documents, and construction administration. Dijana collaborates closely with contractors, engineers, consultants, and city agencies, while mentoring junior staff and maintaining firm-wide design standards.

She holds a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) degree in Architecture from the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences (B.Arch equivalent) and is a Class 2 Code & Zoning Representative with the NYC Department of Buildings. Her European design education, combined with extensive New York project experience, shapes a design practice rooted in clarity, proportion, craft, and technical precision.
