Brian E. Persaud
Project Manager | Field Inspector

Brian Persaud is a Project Manager at caseworks with a strong background in architectural production, building-envelope consulting, and construction management. His experience spans field inspections, code and filing coordination, bidding and procurement, and construction administration on a wide range of commercial and residential projects across the New York City area.

At caseworks, Brian manages projects from existing-conditions documentation through design, approvals, and construction. He coordinates drawings and technical details across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines; prepares and reviews bid documents, submittals, and RFIs; and helps maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control. Brian is actively involved in façade and Local Law work, site inspections, and punch-list closeout, ensuring that design intent, code requirements, and contractor execution stay aligned.

Before joining caseworks, Brian worked with architecture, consulting, and construction firms in roles that included junior architect, structural draftsman, assistant project manager, and project manager—building a well-rounded understanding of both the design studio and the contractor’s side of the table. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and brings a detail-oriented, highly organized approach to every project he leads.
