Luis Vargas is a designer and emerging project manager whose growth at caseworks reflects his strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail. After joining the firm as an intern, following his time as one of John Paul’s students, Luis advanced rapidly from draftsperson to field inspector and now to project manager, building a comprehensive skill set across both design and on-site investigation.

Luis contributes to a wide range of projects, including façade restoration, roofing and waterproofing programs, commercial and residential design work, and interior renovations. His responsibilities span drafting, detailing, field documentation, diagnostic inspections, coordination with consultants and contractors, and preparation of design and construction documents. His field experience gives him a grounded understanding of existing conditions, construction sequencing, and building behavior, which he brings directly into his design and coordination work.

Known for his professionalism and precision, Luis supports projects from early documentation through construction administration, ensuring clear communication, accurate deliverables, and well-organized project workflows. His steady advancement within the firm is a testament to his leadership potential and his ability to bridge technical, design, and field responsibilities effectively.
