For more than 25 years, caseworks has been an architecture and building-science practice grounded in deep technical expertise and decades of field experience. Our leadership team brings together over a century of combined knowledge across architecture, engineering, materials technology, and construction; experience earned not only through design work, but through hands-on installation, diagnostics, and complex building rehabilitation throughout New York City.
The firm is led by licensed architects, a licensed Professional Engineer, and senior technical specialists with extensive backgrounds in façade restoration, roofing and waterproofing systems, structural rehabilitation, material analysis, and building envelope performance. This combination of architectural, engineering, and field expertise enables us to diagnose failures accurately, design durable solutions, and guide projects from investigation through construction with a level of fluency rare among design firms.
Our team’s qualifications include QEWI certification for FISP façade inspections, QPSI certification for structural and parking structure compliance, and decades of experience navigating New York City’s regulatory and operational landscape. Whether we are restoring a landmark façade, rehabilitating a parking structure, designing a commercial interior, or executing a residential design-build project, our work is rooted in a deep understanding of how buildings live, change, and endure.
