The New York Times Building

Our team has provided ongoing façade and building-envelope consulting services for the New York Times Building, including FISP | Local Law 11 inspection and reporting services as a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI). The scope of work has included the design and construction administration of exterior repainting and targeted repairs to the building’s intumescent fire-protective coatings, as well as consulting related to roofing and waterproofing systems. In addition, our team has assisted ownership with the evaluation and resolution of a range of other exterior and select interior conditions, supporting both regulatory compliance and the long-term performance of this highly engineered façade system.
