American Standard Building | Bryant Park Hotel
Our team has provided FISP | Local Law 11 inspection and reporting services as a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI), as well as for numerous exterior repair and reconstruction projects at the American Standard Building over the course of several years. The work has included the near-complete reconstruction of the building’s upper crown, the rebuilding of almost all parapets, and the replacement of the majority of the original masonry lintels. In addition to these façade interventions, we have assisted ownership with a wide range of additional exterior and select interior conditions, navigating complex landmark requirements while delivering durable, constructible, and code-compliant solutions.
