Located below ground on Lafayette Street in SoHo/Little Italy, this approximately 2,650-square-foot cocktail bar transforms a previously abandoned basement into an industrial, deep-sea-inspired lounge. Custom light fixtures crafted from ship parts and seating upholstered with vintage U.S. Navy blankets reinforce the nautical theme, while booth and chair arrangements create an inviting, intimate atmosphere.

Caseworks served as Architect of Record, collaborating closely with the designer and contractor.
