This residence was designed to accommodate the needs of today's modern extended family within a 1800 square foot duplex in a Manhattan 160 unit co-op. caseworks performed design and construction administration services.

Modified structural slab to incorporate winder staircase to create private work space with separate entrance not connected to family living space
Designed multi-use spaces that could easily adapt to changing number of family members
Created customized privacy screen for terrace
