Our team provided Parking Inspection Program (PIPS) services as a Qualified Parking Structure Inspector (QPSI) at 1 MetroTech Center. The scope included comprehensive inspection services of the parking structure, identification of deteriorated concrete and related conditions within the composite deck system, and the design and oversight of targeted concrete repairs.

 The work required an understanding of the interaction between steel framing, corrugated metal decking, and concrete topping slabs, with repairs carefully detailed and sequenced to address durability and safety concerns while maintaining building operations.
