The project included restoration, repair and reconstruction of the copper cornice, limestone and terra cotta façade elements as well as sidewalk vault of this circa 1923 solid masonry, 12-story commercial building. The project also included replacement of wood windows with new aluminum window units with Low-E glazing.

Caseworks performed diagnostic inspections, design, construction administration, and FISP (Local Law 11) services.
